Question: Rudy Giuliani went for a walk on the sidewalks of New York. He happened to be going by a mental hospital (one of the few Reagan didn't close down) which had a tall, wooden privacy fence around the yard behind it. He could hear a group of people on the other side chanting "Fourtytwo, fourtytwo, fourtytwo" etc. and it made him very curious. Eventually he came to a place where there was a knot-hole in the fence, and he bent down and put his eye to the hole, to see what the patients were doing.
Immediately, somebody poked him in the eye with their finger, and the chanting changed to "Fourtythree, fourtythree, fourtythree...".
