Very easy 10 pts!!!!?!

Question: Old Mr. Tidy was found dead in his study by Mr. Fiend. Mr. Fiend recounted his dismal discovery to the police. " I was walking by Mr. Tidy's house when I thought I would just pop in for a little visit. I noticed his study light was on so i decided to peek in from the outside to see if he was in there. There was frost on the window so I had to wipe it away to see inside. That is when i saw his body. So I kicked in the front door to confirm my suspicions of foul play. I called the police immediately afterward."
The officer immediately arrested Mr. Fiend for the murder of Mr. Tidy. How did the officer know Mr. Fiend was lying?

Frost is on the inside not the outside.

How did he see the light

windows frost up from the inside...right?

they arent friends, fingerprints???

if there was frost, he wouldn't have seen the study light on because frost is on the inside?

Frost is on the inside, not the outside.... I think

STOP CHEATING..... IM SICK OF YOU PEOPLE WHO DO

I'm guessing you can't wipe away frost from the outside of the window?

lol cause he brought snow in with him and it melted and turned into water or something i unno =P

I hate people who try to get point by putting in fillers then stealing other people's answers

It's not fair to those who know the answers and is against yahoo regulations

If you see these report them

I thought frost should be on the inside of the window, not the outside?

It's Easy The frost is inside the house and every one else copyied me

actually there wouldn't be frost from the outside of the window if the inside of the house is warm! The window will have some dew from the inside because of the outside and the inside temperature difference! Even from the outside, you wouldn't be able to see inside the house because of the water on the inside of the window!

the officer knew, because Mr. Fiend wouldn't know if foul play was involved, because, unless he knew about the murder, he shouldn't know about the things that happened to the person, and, foul is undetected unless you check it out, or committed the murder. and if we was just walking by, why would he stop and look, and how could he see the light through the frost? and how did he know what room it was? So therefore, the man covered up the story, because you cant really see a light through the frost. and why on earth would he kick a door down, if he could just call anyways? The man was clearly on the scene. So therefore, the frost is the main clue, because you cant really see a light through the frost.

Frost is on the inside of the window.

well, if the light was on then first of all the frost would be building up Inside not Outside

he couldnt have wiped the frost away from the outside!!

frost is on the inside not the outside

frost is inside

how could he see that the light was on if he couldn't see inside because of the frost on the window? (that's my answer btw)

When the officer got there, he saw that the door was kicked in from the INSIDE? or maybe not kicked in at all? Plus frost has to be scraped off, not rubbed! how would the murder of escaped? why would the muder leave only the light on in the room where he commited the crime? that would be stupid! maby its a small town and mr. fiend never walked by mr. tidy's house. IDK this is probably ALOT easier than it seems, huh?

P.S. EVERYONE, FROST IS ON THE OUTSIDE! do you not know anything about frost? haven't you ever scraped FROST off the OUTSIDE of you car window!?
