he based it on the no. found on the phone... example... 4-g,h,i.... he repeated it 3 times... which means he is referring to the ltter....I... you can do the rest...actually you dont have to... because someone already gave the answer....

If it was "I don't understand that language", wouldn't it have been simpler just to write that?????
