Assuming you are talking about modern, in circulation US currency, there is no answer because only a quarter and nickel works.
If not, there are all kinds of possible solutions. For example, 2 10 Euro cents, at 1.5 exchange rate would work.
If you accept any US currency ever produced, there used to be a 20 cent piece, which with a 10 cent piece would be 30 cents, no nickel required.
