Did you ever play on the back of a semi truck elevator?!
Question: Someone had a warehouse in my neighborhood, and one day one of my friends had a secret to show me. On the back of a parked tractor trailer that the guy had parked by the warehouse, the loading elevator worked, if you pulled a lever.
So, we kids would pile on, and the friend who disovered it would pull the lever, and we all would go up and own like an elevator.
Later that day it stopped working, aso we thougth we broke it, but a few days later it worked again... (i guess we were running the battery down, was what it was...)
Finally, one day, as we were playing with it once again, the owner came by in his car, skidded his tires as he rounded the corner, got out and screamed his head off at us to get the hell out of there...
we thought we were going to jail, and ran away scared...
What fun we thought we were having, huh? Did you ever play with stuff like that?

One time at a home construction site when I was like 10 and my friend was 13 we were sitting on a backhoe and tried to start it and it started! Oh boy was i scared! There were no people around or anything just me and him. We shut it off and ran like crazy!
