I dare you to figure out this riddle!!?!


Question: A boat has a ladder that has six rungs. Each rung is one foot apart. The bottom rung is one foot from the water. The tide rises at twelve inches every fifteen minutes. High tide peaks in one hour. When the tide is at it's highest, how many rungs are under water?

a boat rests on water (floats) so the rungs will never be under water because the boat is always on top of the water (well not ON TOP of the water but you get what I mean). I had to think about it I like this riddle.
