Typically people would say a circle but I disagree. Anything that is measurable has a beginning middle and end. A circle just happens to have a Beginning and end at the same place. 0 degrees and 360 degrees. The exact middle would be at 180 degrees.
Time does have a beginning middle and end. Depending on your theory of how the universe was created there was definitely a starting point or beginning of time.
