blue,cause 3 man knows 1 man couldnt see 2 red hats,so they can be red and blue,or blue and blue with 2 man, when 2 man sees hats ,3 man knows that he didnt see 2 red hats and that he (3 man) couldnt be red, cause 2 man would say his hat is blue(1 man couldnt see 2 red hats), so its blue

If the first guy says he can not, that means the other two are either blue blue, or blue red. If it was blue blue he would know it was red.
The second knows this and since he sees the other guy's hat, it must be blue because if it was red, he'd know his was blue or else the other guy wouldn't be able to figure it out. So his could be either red or blue.
So if the third guy is smart, he knows his is blue from the above comments.

If the 1st guy sees 2 hats of the same colour, then he does not know what colour his hat is, unless they are both red. So the other 2 hats are either both blue or one of each. The same applies to the second guy. Therefore the 3rd guy must be wearing a .............................arghhhh still too many hats
BLUE:- Each of the able sighted see a red and a blue and the blind man knows this. There are three blues, so he must be wearing the other one.
