Another JOKE (yawn) .. BUT IS IT FUNNY?!
Question: A woman can't afford a facelift so her doctor recommends a new procedure called The Knob where a small knob is inserted in the head and can be turned to tighten the skin.
Well, over the years, the woman tightens her knob and the effects are wonderful; she remains young-looking and vibrant. However, she returns to the doctor after 15 years with a couple of complaints.
"All these years everything has been working fine," she said. "I've had to turn the knob many times and have always loved the results. But now I've developed two annoying problems.
"First, I have these terrible bags under my eyes that the knob can't seem to get rid of."
The doctor looks at her closely and replies, "Those aren't bags, those are your BREASTS."
"Oh no," she exclaims, "then I guess there's no point in asking about the goatee..."
