assuming all of them are in the bus:
7 kids = 14 legs
49 bags * 7 mom cats = 343 cats * 4= 1372 legs
343 cats * 7 = 2401 kittens * 4 = 9604 legs
+ bus driver = 2 legs
total of = 14 + 1372 + 9604 + 2 = 10992 legs
