Removing a curse?!

Question: An old man goes to a witch to ask her if she can remove a "Curse" he has been living with for many years.
The Witch says "Maybe, but you will have to tell me the exact words that were used to put the curse on you."
The old man says without hesitation, "I now pronounce you man and wife."

Only a Judge can remove that curse.Plus it will cost him half his junk and income for the rest of his life. He will never be able to rid himself of the Marriage Curse.
