you write the #s out. "thirteen" has eight letters in it, "eight" has five, "five" has four, and because the word "four" has four letters in it just like the number, the cycle ends there. This only happens with four, so it is the "magic number"
coz everything is 4
because if you add up all the letters and then take the letters from that number eventually it will bring you to the number 4.... everything in the universe revolves around the number four!
