It's a picture negative--> the colors are reverse (complementary colors)
red is green
Yellow is purple
orange is blue
green is red
blue is orange
purple is yellow
so the normally blue sky is orange, the green grass is red, the yellow bananas are purple, and teh orange oranges are blue.
I think this is on a tropical island?

On a negative, everything is its complementary color (red and green complement eachother, as do yellow and violet, and blue and orange).
