I once did this and they didn't want to list them so they got their manager on the phone. He asked if this was a prank and I said no, but they were showing very poor service to me and I wanted to order a pizza and the manager got really mad and started apologizing and yelling at the workers. Hahha it was really funny.
Or
You could call some random person and say you were from some radio station and they just won 100 grand. Ask them what they are going to do with 100 grand and then while they are listing all those things interrupt them and say, "Well how are you going to do all that with a candy bar?" Hahah cracks me up every time.

my sister has called funeral homes and asked for really strange names and they say they dont have them and she says you lost my grandmothers body...it was pretty funny.
Call some old people and tell them you are from ComEd. Give them a bunch of random numbers like your work ID #, etc. Just to throw them off. Tell them you have to shut off their power for a few days in order to fix some underground problems. It may be mean, but it's pretty funny too.
