i think i know the answer to the first one 1. suicide because if you attempt it you can be prosicuted but if you commit it then... you're dead, nobody can do anything about it, you're just..gone.

uhh i know that the first one is suiscide because if someone sees you trying to commit it then you will be charged but if you acctually commit it then you cant be charged because you are dead and they cant charge your family because it is not the family's fault
