lol...i've been there. I love the visuals, but nothing has done me worse than the mind-fu<k of shrooms. The only thing that helped me-since you definately won't be sleeping any time soon with all that thinking going on- is to watch a funny movie or two or 3 and don't intereact with anyone. just sit there and watch the movie.
I'm not sure how much interaction with electronics you can handle without weirding you out more. for me i have to turn off my cellphone, computer, etc. Infact, it's really a much better environment to not be in the city or inside of a house, but...better luck next time?
