Well, i would say it all depends on how far you wanna take it. I read the answers you already have and they had some really good suggestions but it all depends on how far you wanna take this, so i have not just one but a couple, here goes;
- Act so shocked and tell him, his father asked you out and you can't believe he would do that(of course let the father know ahead of time).
- Buy a pair of panties (that are obiviously not your size) and hide them somewhere and pull them out and ask him to explain.
- Pretend you found a used condom in his car or in his bedroom and ask him "is there something i need to know"?
- Tell him your friend has a huge crush on him and "wants him" tell him you would allow him sleep with her but only once and ask him if he would like to (your friend could be there to play along, to make it more fun)
- Take him out to an expensive restaurant and tell him you want to break up with him but on good terms and with good memories, walk out and wait outside for 5mins if he doesn't come outside, then go in and say "gotcha"... April fool!!
- Plan with 3 or 4 of your guy friends (that he doesn't know), tell them were you guys are going to be, they can either pretend to try and mug you or just by flirting with you with signals or verbally and see if your bf would try to defend his girl.
- Ask one of your girlfriends to get him alone and pretend she's seducing him and watch from the keyhole or something and see if he gives in or not, then walk in and both of you say "April fool".
- Tell him there has been a hidden camera in his bedroom for the past 2weeks and ask if there's anything he'd like to tell you before you show him what's on the tape.
You should be like pretend to be all sad and say you were cheating on me! I saw it I heard it ! and you never know he might even make a confession :-)

Let's see. I don't know how old you are, or what your daily schedule is like, but what I did once is:
While I was at school I would see my bf at different times a day. So in the morning I acted completely normal. Then, I would change clothes and act like I didn't even know him or anybody, like I was a new girl in school. Then I changed back into my normal clothes and acted normal and asked him if he'd seen the new girl in school, everybody was saying she looked just like me. I continued doing this throughout the day. Haha, he thought he was going crazy.
