it is like saying
i broke my leg..
i was skiing and i fell.
you could say how were you skiinh if you broke your leg?
but when you read it right you understand that i was explaining the broken leg with the skiing line.
there fore the "bumped his head" bit is an explaination of why he is snoring

when he jumped into bed he bumped his head and so he is DEAD thats why he cant get up. i cant belive they teach this diturbing song to youg children. the person who wrote this song is a sadist
