Why do witch laugh when they riding their broom?!

because they think there funny
because they want to intimidate the people they are chasing and/or because they are up themselfs
they are escaping from something so they make a evil laugh cause they are happy
just because
it could be that they follow the theory that laughter is the best medicine, and that is why you never see a sick witch or it could be that the are laughing at a joke weather it be a personal one she share's whit another witch or public one that a little kid told her in the park.

Because they don't have horns to beep while riding?
They laugh for two reasons:
1. They use the laugh as a honk so they wont hit any other passers by!
2. Its the spell they are cooking!!!
Because.. ...they think it's funny but it isn't.....booooooooo
Because children are even more afraid of them
