the person who makes it. dont use it..at least not right away because he is making it for someone else.

well if the person who makes it and the one who buys it dont use it than who is the person who doesnt know thet are using it...do you buy it and give it to someone? this is a hard one it doesnt make sense i was going to say oxygen but im pretty sure that is way off
