Question: 4- 5+ 2x 4- 3= 4- 7=?
Answers: 4- 5+ 2x 4- 3= 4- 7=?
-2 if you go strait through.
1 with proper order of operations.
omg its -3
oh never mind then.. let me start all over.. i didnt know the equal sign is +
4-3 +8-3 +4 -7
1+8 -3+4-7
9-3+4-7
6+4-7
10-7
3
wait i did it wrong
-1 + 8-3 +4-7
7-3+4-7
4+4
8-7
1!!!
it has to be one
x=-2/3???? i have no clue!
4-5+8(2x4)-3+4-7= 0
i got 1.
Um...-2?
Well because if order of operations you have to do the multiplication first making the 2 x 4 an 8 so the question becomes
4-5+8-3+4-7=
4-5= -1+8= 7-3= 4+4= 8-7= 1
So the answer is 1 ^-^
1... you've got to apply the rules of PEMDAS(Parenthesis, Exponent, Multiplication, Division, Addition, Subtraction) though i forgot if addition should be first or subtraction. whatever. but my answer is 1.
1. Using BODMAS to decide what order to do them in: brackets, others, division, multiplication, addition and subtraction.
so follow my steps:
1. 2*4=8
2. -5+2=-3
3.-3+4=1
4. go from left to right: 4-3+8+1-7=1
I GOT ONE.! :]
