Question: shrink wrapping or aluminum foil is one of my favs, although shrink wrap can damage the paint. If you really want to mess with someone call on a pay phone (only a pay phone) and report it stolen. or put something smelly inside the heating ducts so the car smells.

use shaving cream and write stuff on the car. It's a hassle to clean off
balloon tied real tight over the tail pipe
