Rate this joke 1 to 10?!

Question: A preacher had a teenage son, and it was getting time the boy should give some thought to choosing a profession. One day, the father decided to try an experiment. He went into the boy’s room and placed four objects on his study table: - a Bible - a silver dollar - a bottle of whiskey
- a playboy magazine "I’ll just hide behind the door, when he comes home from school this afternoon, I’ll see which object he picks up. If it’s the Bible, he’s going to be a preacher, if he picks up the dollar, he’s going to be a businessman,if he picks up the bottle, he’s going to be a no-good drunk, and worst of all, if he picks up the magazine he’s gonna be a skirt-chasing’ bum. The boy put the Bible under his arm, the dollar into his pocket, took a big drink while he admired this month’s centerfold. "Lord have mercy," the old preacher disgustedly whispered, "he’s gonna run for Congress!

As a congressman (and likely a lawyer) the son would protect himself by denying all and blaming his father for entrapment. He would tell his mother that his father was trying to hide all of the above and was blaming him, the innocent son who was only reviewing the evidence, for the foul deed. He would then be guested on the Letterman show, write a book, appear on a televangelists show to hype the book and then be hyped by Oprah as a hero. She would rate his book as her alltime favorite and he would make a fortune.

I'd rate this joke with a 10 (unless popular ratings are less - in which case, I would average the votes and take 1 point less than the average and then be an all-round good guy.
