It comes from the last episode of the second season of the O.C where the characters Ryan and Trey start fighting. Marissa arrives and tries to break up the fight but is unable to. Trey is about to hit Ryan with a telephone but is shot by Marissa, who found the gun that had been disgarded earlier. At the exact time she shoots him the song starts playing and the characters horrified faces are shown in slow motion.
