my class play pranks on him ALL THE TIME
he's quite old
.. w've already done the superglue
and glued condoms on the board etc ...

If you use them hard wooden chairs bring in a phillips screwdriver and unscew the back of the chair (or all of the screws for that matter). Result is a big bang and lots of colourful swearing
Better yet unscrew the hinges to the door. Again, you'll get similiar results.
Apart from that, unscrew everthing you can (window frames, toilet doors, the lot) and you'll be laughing all the way home

Edit; I think theres a way of changing the keys on his keyboard so when he types 'the' it turns up as 'sex' or something along them lines. Tic tacs on the chair, superglue the drawer shut, ummm I'm running out of ideas here... If he's old he may be jumpy so maybe a blackcat (the fireworks that make the big bang for the buck)

I remember one of the thing's me and my mates done to one of our teachers, and that was to remove all rhe screws from his desk and chair, he went to pick his chair up and it fell appart and when he found another chair he sat down, leant on his desk and the desk collapsed, neadless to say the whole class were in stitches of laughter :o)
Why not be mature and NOT play pranks on yor teacher?
take his computer/laptop and take him too a dirty website.

put some sweets on the floor to a trail and put a woopie cushion on his chair

Thinking or planing that way is only to make your future dark. Please try to respect a teacher if he is. Good souls never think that way. I never felt in my school-hood how a teacher could be 'annoying'! If "He's quite OLD" as you said, how come one experienced teacher become annoying? Sometimes "getting annoyed" indicates the person's own behavior who get annoyed, not the other one.
give him a thank you card or a favourite teacher card and let him wonder what you are planning now keep him on tenter hooks....

Here is a funny prank you probably won't find on a website. It has to deal with his computer. It is harmless, easily fixed, and doesn't have to do with anything dirty.
First, go to the desktop. Then press the print screen. Once you've done that, go to microsoft paint and choose paste. The entire desktop will be a picture. Save it, and set it as a desktop background. After you've done that, right click on the desktop and scroll over arrange icons by. Then uncheck Show Desktop Icons. Finally, drop the tool bar at the bottom so you don't see the real one. The screen will look real, but nothing can be clicked and he won't know why.
at 30 sec, to 1 min intervals have everyone in your class drop pencils, a notebook or Pennies!
if he has food, pass it around the class room and set the empty container back on his desk.
stuff his stacks of papers, (ones he will pass around in your class) with papers reading dirty sayings or bad pictures.
pick a word or three that he says a lot of and everytime he says it yell or get up and wiggle. (If he says it more than 6 times, then he has figured it out.)
unplug his computer but make it look like it is still plugged in
have two people switch seats and act normal
put something in a sexual shape on the overhead projecting little scope thingy. when he turns it on...there it is!
