originally thought it was eyeballs, but some checking reveals interesting information on the internet.

However, according to the text General Ophthalmology (Vaughan, Asbury and Riordan-Eva, Appleton & Lange, Stamford, 1999), the size of the eyeball at birth averages 16.5 mm in diameter (front to back measurement). In adults, the diameter is 24.2 mm. They go on to say that maximum eye size is reached when a person is 7-8 years old.
Further research came up with this information which i'm yet to fully check but -

Sonme people's brains never grow...
either the nose (it is cartilage)
or the lips (they are skin and a little cartilage)
your eyes they never change size
also your nose and ears never stop growing
everything on a human body grows
your eyes are the same size as the day you were born....so they never change size from birth to death
also - I believe that your nose never stops growing.....
