Why is it that to stop Windows 98, you have to click on Start?!

Question: did you ever think of that?

Answers: did you ever think of that?

Wow. 10-year-old computer jokes. Can't…stop…laughing…

You can also just unplug it. or hit the power button, or cntl alt del. Good point though

Because a Stop button would just take up more space on the taskbar.

ironic

what lol

Not funny, absolute bull-sh*it.

Start the shut down process ...

I haven't used Windows 98 for like 5 years, so I don't remember. If you still have Windows 98, you need to get with the times.

Who cares... why the heck would you be using windows 98. Buy a new PC already lol.

Because ending windows is not the ONLY thing that Start does.

Oh boy. Here we go with the why do you park in a driveway and drive on the parkway logic.

Why is rush hour the time when cars go the slowest?

Yours was pretty good. But hm there are other options.. hit power, off, unplug it, or download a virus. That'll keep it down. =X

Pretty funny. But you actually are starting a program to shut down the pc.

you have to "start" to shut it down

start the closing process, not just win 98, most windows. that button is to start many functions, programs and such. You have too much time on your hands if that is the deepest thought you can come up with.

No, Because I just push the power button. Silly goose
