the joke is that he slept with his boss's wife (hence the "you have nice house").
But i don't get the ethnic reference (why the subordinate was Asian, and spoke in broken English). I guess he was supposed to be ignorant of American customs and that's why he misunderstood his boss. I like the joke but I'll leave the ethnic stuff out when i re-tell it :-p
Well it is perverted and it mean when he says your house looks nice is well you remember when he said he has sex with his wife well he thought it meant go over and have sex with his bosses wife.
