There was a man in the jungle and he was running from a tiger in the jungle. He then ran off a cliff but half way down he grabbed out to a branch. The man looked up and he saw the tiger waiting for him. He looked down and then there was another ferocious tiger waiting for him. He knew for sure he was going to die. Then out of the corner of his eye he saw a strawberry growing. He plucked it and ate it. And it was the sweetest strawberry he ever tasted.

It was the sweetest strawberry he ever tasted because it was the last thing on earth that he would enjoy. It's not really a joke. The strawberry symbolizes time. It means to enjoy every day as if it were your last.
Not really a clue, if it is a joke. If it is a parable, then the 2 tigers were the wrong, but exciting women, and the strawberry was the perfect woman for him who came along at the perfect moment.
