Ring him up, use your tone of voice but slightley different or get a another lad to do it. Then say Hello this is officer Bennett, i am calling from .the name of your local police station>__. police station. We have been contacted about buisness calls from your phone number. You have been using horific language that is unapropiate. If it happens again you will be taken to the police station and action WILL be made, do you understand? If your hubby then manswers back i dont know what your talking about shout at him ' ARE WE CLEAR BECAUSE WE HAVE YOU ON RECORD NOW!' then say we will get back in touch you.
aBout 30 minutes later, ring back aNd say , this is officer Bennit, come to the police station urgently, there is a number of complaints from your phone number. If you dont come within 24 hours a police car will be sent to you, and we will deal with matters our selves!
Dont tell him until he makes his way down to the police station. Then say, i'm sorry -hubbys name- hahaha aprils fool!!

Since you lost your ATM card, pretend that since you lost it you contacted the bank and there are some pretty fishy purchases, like from an airline for 2 to cabo or from fredericks of hollywood, something that a cheating man would buy his "mistress" and then freak out on him about it and drag it out.
