Hey, I thought it was funny. I don't see where it could be considered racist, though. A few other things maybe, but racist?
Addition: Tyrone Power was one of the greatest actors in American history, and was dubbed "King of 20th Century Fox". He was not black. Why would the name Tyrone make one assume that the person is black? That is the racism in your OWN mind, imo.

This is a question and answer forum. What's your question? Are you asking if it's too offensive, then yes. By using the name Tyrone, it's clear that it's a Black kid, which makes yet another assumption that all Black people have issues with police. It also gives an incredibly negative view of the police who risk their lives to save the asses of people who call them 'pigs'.
I'd suggest you chose your audience a little more carefully next time.
And your saying that you're not a racist doesn't make it right...no matter what your beliefs are, you're presenting yourself as a racist when you share this type of joke.
