Well a usual one ( that we did for a couple's wedding night) was to pour jelly or jello ( assuming youre American ) into all the toilet bowls, when it sets oh the agony
cover the tolet seat with plastic wrap
or cover a door way with plastic wrap
with their door close tape newspaper across the door starting at the bottom going up, when you get to the top fill the space with popcorn confetti and then seal it. when they open the door it creates a small vacuum and blows it all over the room. good luck!
when they are sleeping put a mars bar down their pants so they think they have soiled themselves and then dip there hand in warm water so they pee thereselves

well you can get a can of shaving cream for like 94 cents and spray it all over your siblings at 2 am...thats what i did and its light so they cant feel it ...really easy too
