the whole point of the jokes and riddles category is that it doesnt have to be a question,
supposedly, you can. someone once pointed out that if you are not asking a question about the joke (something like "is this work appropriate?" or "what do you think of this joke?") it is technically in violation. trolls like to come in here to up their credibiltity, but i think it's a total waste. this section is totally chill...and doesn't need people like that on here.
