Why did the catholic church call this a suicide?!

Question: when police came upon the scene of an apparent murder, this is what they found. a car was sitting at the stop sign on a small road that intersected with a busy highway. a woman sat slumped in the driver's seat with a gunshot wound to her head. the window on her side was smashed out. they found her car to be, strangely, in park and turned off, even though it sat in the road.
further investigation found her cell phone at her side with an interesting picture. it was apparently taken moments before her death. the photo was of her car's rear window. seen through it was a group of men, approximately teens or 20s, seen from about shoulders up and arranged so they were undoubtedly sitting in a car. one was holding a knife, and all appeared angry. their car could not be seen, so they must have been very close.

That's not a suicide! Its clear than the men killed her. She must be given JUSTICE.

omg! is this real? idk why

the woman was shot, and therefore she did not control the car, so it crashed.
idk about the question.

thats no suicide. duh!

why would her window have been smashed if it was a suicide?

she shot herself in the head, which resulted in the smashed window?

Your scenario is unclear and either your point is incorrect or the Catholic cemetery was not following current practices.

Persons who commit suicide can be buried in Catholic cemeteries.

It is recognized that those who die from the act of suicide deserve understanding and compassion. The deceased may have been suffering from a serious psychological instability, or overwhelming fear and confusion. Therefore, the Church offers funeral and burial rites for those who may have died as a result of suicide.

The American edition of the Catholic ritual includes prayers for this specific situation. These prayers evoke forgiveness for the departed and consolation to their family.
