Smart drunks?!
Question: In front of a bar, there was a policeman waiting to catch drunk drivers.
The first thing he noticed was the first person to come out of the bar. He fell to the ground 6 times as he staggered to the parking lot. He slowly went into seven different cars and tried to start them until he finally found his. Then, he just sat there for a moment staring outside and pointing at everything as everyone else in the bar got into their cars and left.
As they were leaving, the drunk turned his headlights on and off and put on his windshield wipers. (Even though it wasn't raining) Eventually, the guy drove out slowly as he nearly crashed into some curbs.
Of course, the policeman caught him immediately. He gave the driver a DUI test, and surprisingly, there were no traces of alchohol!
The police man said,"Sir, come down to the station, my tester is broken."
"Don't worry!" the drunk reassured the policeman," It's not broken. Today, I'm the designated decoy!"
