Question: Do you remember several Years ago on T.V. They were advertising a prank and practical joke video and it was titled just for laughs or whos laughing know .. somthing to that effect? They had a segment were they had a man with a smoke machine hidden under his jacket and he was smoking a pipe and he went into a smoker area also one where they were at a zoo and had monster spiders on display and when people stoped to look they would lower a fake spider from a string on to there heads.. Funny as he** do you know were I can find this from or have you heard of it??????
