b/c park bench is two words and guacamole is one so you get three then you subtract one b/c cucumber is only one word multiply it by one and you get two

This is just a random guess but...
If you consider the letters of the words to represent their place in the alphabet, that could be the numbers part. (a=1, b=2, c=3).
so adding the numbers in park bench to guacamole would be
P A R K
16+1+18+11....etc.
Then if you continue on the puzzle that way you would eventually get 2704
I have no idea if that's close to being right, but it's my theory

well, the first few times i tried it, i got 40, so i knew something was wrong, as you CLEARLY said is was NOT 40. so i turned the paper upside down and got 13.5 or a the numbers in a cow and half, im not so sure...
