A class is in a discussion related to words and their meanings!.
The teacher asks the President if he would like to lead the class in the discussion of the word, "tragedy!." So he asks for an example of a "tragedy!."
A boy stands up "If my friend, who lives next door, is playing in the street and gets ran over, it would be a tragedy!."
"No" says Bush, "it would be an accident!."
A girl raises her hand: "If a school bus drove off a cliff, killing everyone, then it sire would be a tragedy!."
"No" explains the President!. "It would be A GREAT LOSS!."
He says "Isn't there someone here who can give me an example of a tragedy!?"
Finally, Johnny says, "If Air Force One, carrying you and your wife, was struck by a missile it would be a tragedy!."
"Correct, can you tell is WHY that would be a tragedy!?" says Bush
