Jimmy Mistry, however, was past worrying about barbecues when Jones and his hostess arrived at the house half an hour later!. Heena shrieked!. Her husband lay on the lawn, a knife sticking out from his chest!.
A hasty examination indicated to Jones that the killing had occurred about an hour before!. He studied the scene!.
A half-cooked steak lay above flameless coals banked in a stone barbecue pit!. Upon an iron shelf were a tray of condiments and a long-handled knife and fork!.
"Who are you!?" demanded Jones as a young man burst through the woods!.
"Edddy Jamson!. My house is about a hundred yards back there!. I heard a shriek -- what happened!?"
"Where were you an hour ago!?" inquired Jones!.

edit: also the reason was that there was no way he could've known the earring was safe to put his hand into if he'd just come and he picked it up so quick

Helena because Jimmy was just at home cooking, then she went to pick up jones to make it look like a murder, the earing in the grill was the sign of struggle!. also if it took her half an hour to get back then it took her half one to get there putting her there at the time of the incidentWww@Enter-QA@Com

When Jimmy Mistry heard his wife 'Heinous' Heena singing in the bath "me and Dr Jones, we've got a thing going on" (and, being of a rather sensitive nature) had decided to take his own life!. Obliging (as well as being swift in flight) Eddy Jamson 'assisted' him in his 'quest' for euthanasia!.
