Hootie WHO
Hootie Who
is the sound of the neighbor that wants to holla at ever young girl that passes by,
zoooom, zoom
Boom, Boom is the sound of the guy that drives by,
with his music banging
little girls jaw hanging
wondering
when they can get a ride!?

tweet, tweet
the sound of the blue jay that gets his meals
from under the wheels of the
little boys tire as he
peels off
to kick it, and pick at the little girls to get thrills
These are the sounds of the projects,
these are the sounds of the people
