Question: Solve this murder mystery!?
a young woman was found murderat her house!. The policed said that the last phone call made from her house was this:
"Help, Help, Sam Smith is trying to kill me--AHHHH!!!"
so the policed tracked down a person name sam smith but there was 1 problem!. he died 5 years ago!. so later, the policed askes smith's family if it was ok with them to unbury them, and the family said it was ok!. so the police went to the graveyard where sam smith was buried and tried to identify him with some dna and teeth and other stuff to see if it was really him and it was!.
sam smith had a wife and 1 son but they were poor after he died!. so when he was unburied, he was still wearing his special collections of jewels worth about $1,000,000!.
later, the policed found out who to arrest!. WHO DID THEY ARREST AND WHY!?

Someone else (the murderer) must have made the phony phone call to throw the police off, they thought that since Sam was dead for 5 years, the police would reach a dead end!. This person would have had to have known about Sam Smith and the fact that he was dead for 5 years!.
The question then becomes: Who was it!?!? I don't think it was anyone but the wife or the son!. They are the 2 suspects!. I say this because the murderer had to have known about Sam's 5 year death!.
It had to have been Sam Smith's wife because it would hava had to be a female voice on the phone (a male's voice would give it away since the murderer wanted to make it seem like it was the young woman's)!.
