He loses 3 years he's 3

s = age of sister
take 2 away from b and give them to s, then s will be twice b
(s+2) = 2(b-2)
s+2 = 2b - 4
s = 2b - 6
give s one more to make it x3
(s+3) = 3(b-3)
s+3 = 3b - 9
s = 3b -12
and from before s = 2b -6
2b-6 = 3b - 12
-b = - 6
b = 6
