They're just at different sides of the river so therefore one guy could sail to the other side and the other guy could come to the other side!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
one goes in the boat, after having tied a length of string to the end of the boat!. he then rows across, happy as larry, and his mate on the other side waits for him to land, then uses the string to pull the boat back across!. the second guy then rows across, then continue on their journey!.
