Question: I need help with this incredible mind-bender!!!?
Here's a riddle of sorts that somebody told me a while ago, and for the life of me I can't figure it out!.
You take a dime, and stand it on it's edge!. Then you take one of those old-fashioned paper matches and balance it on top of the dime!. Then take a glass and set it over the dime and match!. The trick now is to make the match fall off of the dime!. If the dime falls over, you fail!. If you touch the glass with anything at all, you fail!. Stomping on the ground and trying to vibrate the ground enough that the match falls off doesn't count (plus, you'd probably make the dime fall over too)!.
Does anybody have any ideas about how this would be done!?
P!.S!. The guy said as a hint, that it helps if you use a really thin glass, like a wine glass or something!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

You brush your hair with a comb and generate static electricity, you then wave the comb close to the glass and the match will fall!.

My guess was to use a magnet and put it close to the thin glass, thereby making the match fall without dropping the dime (no pun intended)!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

you put the glass upside down over the dime and match, then jerk it up, making the light suction of air knock off the match but not the dime!.
