Well I will excluded the it's Air Theory, as we can most certainly taste it!
I live in a City and the air has a certain taste!!! When I go up to the Mountains 3,000 meters Alt!. of the Coast the taste is very different!
Smell and taste are forms of the same thing!
Air is a gaseous form which changes with pressure and temp!. Mist and Fog as well as clouds are air in another state!

Ok, hearing is a little different because we hear the movement of air, but then again it we didn't we wouldn't hear much!
Sound wave travels by cause vibration in the medium which it travels though! In most case air!

So unless your question includes concepts of narrative (ideas formed into complex words to explain them) then I am a little stuck on providing an answer!
Other than Oxygen, but here again it is not so simple!

It could of course be Heat! as you excluded the sense of Feeling!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

God!. Air can be heard!. Put a sea shell over your ear or stick your head outside when a tornado is going by!. (OK, you don't even have to put your head outside if a tornado is near!. I was just being humorous!.) There are also our ancestors!. I may think of others!. Am I the only one that thinks the way I do!? These two come to mind without even thinking much about them, and air not fitting all the criteria was immediately obvious to me even before reading the other answers!. Gravity just came to mind while sitting here typing!. Time is another!. If I sit here long enough I can probably come up with at least half a dozen others!. I may be back with an edit or five if I do not get on something else in the next bit to get and/or keep my mind on something else!.

Edit: Artemis may be correct, but it comes to mind that if someone is on tanks of oxygen, it is probably because their lungs are already damaged far too much for them to be used anyway!. I will have to check into that!. Again, her claim may be correct, but I do not immediately see how that can be possible!. I would think that if there is a cause and effect, it would be more likely to be because of the lack of moisture than any effect from the oxygen itself!. Right or wrong, I am going to leave this edit in here!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

Air actually!. Some say oxygen, but if you ever inhale pure gaseous oxygen it damages your lungs!. That's why people who've been on breathing tanks full of only oxygen can't donate their lungs to a patient in need!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
