first we make sure, there are 198 lions and 2 whatevers
if we take out 2, that makes 196 lions out of 198 animals which is 98!.98%
in order to have the lions be 98%, we have to make sure that the 2 whatevers become 2%
in order to do that, we need to decrease the total number of animals to 100
so to decrease 198 lions + 2 whatever to 100 animals, we need to take out 100 lions
i suppose the trick of this question is that people tend to forget that when you decrease the number of lions you decrease the total number of animals as wellWww@Enter-QA@Com
