don't use a tampon until you feel ready to, I was 16 when i first started using them so you can take your time, not all girls like the idea of using tampons but the good thing about them is that you cant feel it and unlike a pad you can go swimming using a tampon and its more comfortable to do sports with, its up to you if you want to use itWww@Enter-QA@Com
