Because he's an excited little kid with a colored pencil and he looks really excited!. Little kids don't swear!. So you know, it's funny!.
I actually didn't pay any attention to the fact that the kid's black until I saw the answerer who said it's racist and the person who made it should be shot!.
I just thought it was funny!.
Why is everyone getting so worked up about this!? Do you not understand what makes something funny!? Something isn't funny if it doesn't involve something that doesn't normally happen, be it unusual insight or a swearing preschooler!.

it's cute, the kid is so into it, it looks like he is coloring as fast and as hard as he can!. i don't like the curse word, but the pic did make me smile!.
