First of all, that's 4 separate jokes!. Maybe that's why you don't get it!. Jokes are funny when they present a punch-line that's not what we're expecting!. When someone advertises in a Jewish paper saying that they want someone to observe all of those different very specific religious rituals, it's unexpected (and therefore POTENTIALLY funny when they add "Religion not important!."
