Chuck Norris is from the "Walker, Texas Ranger" an extremely corny daytime tv show!. He usually roundhouse kicks the bad guys and saves the day!. Those jokes are funny because even though the show is cheesy, it has a lot of die hard fans who think he's the toughest guy ever!.
